Two-room apartment (55m²) incl. parking space

There are nine flats in this apartment building on the outskirts of Droyßig. We rent out six of them as holiday flats. Our flats are attractively and functionally furnished. Each flat has Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower, smart TV and a modern kitchen. On the spacious property there are enough parking spaces (also for sprinters), a barbecue area and a rotary clothes dryer. Two washing machines are available for our guests in the laundry room. The space Our two-room holiday apartment (55m²) on the 1st floor has a practical layout: the living room has a smart TV, two sofa beds and an extra dining area with a large dining table. The bedroom has two separate single beds (0.90m), desk and wardrobe. The spacious kitchen is fully furnished and has a small table with two seats. All our apartments have their own bathroom with shower and toilet. In the laundry room of the house, our guests will find a washing machine for common use and on the property there is a rotary dryer to dry the laundry. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Pets are allowed (extra charge upon request).
