In a warm setting, set off to discover Alsace, its gastronomy, its great wines, and its history. Ideally located 10 minutes from Colmar, but also 20 minutes from the monkey mountain and the eagle aviary or Haut-Koenigsbourg castle and 40 minutes from Lac Blanc ski resort or Parc du Petit Prince and the Alsace Ecomuseum. Within a radius of just 10 minutes, a wealth of activities awaits you: casino, spa, golf, equestrian centre, hiking, restaurants, wine cellars etc. The gîte is also an ideal starting point for exploring the Alsace wine route or discovering the Vosges massif, its ski slopes in winter and its lakes in spring and summer. Behind the Franco-German border, approximately 50 minutes away, set off on an adventure in Europe's largest amusement park, Europa Park, or enjoy a day in the lovely city of Freiburg. The apartment is composed as follows: a spacious entrance hall, a living room with sofa bed, television with flat screen, as well as a reading corner, a fully equipped dining kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, filter coffee machine and pod coffee maker, as well as a toaster a first bedroom composed of a large bed, a second bedroom composed of two single beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine. This flat is ideal for a family stay or a trip with friends. The flat is located on a raised ground floor, there are a few steps to access the accommodation. Free parking spaces are available outside the residence. The entire accommodation will be yours. This includes changing the bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities. It is however your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the bins, empty the refrigerator/freezer, the dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as to tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can before your arrival order an additional service called "complete cleaning" of the apartment for 30 euros. In the absence of prior booking of this option, and in case of non-compliance with these instructions, cleaning fees of 60€ will be charged to you.
