Thank you for taking an interest in our newly renovated airconditioned 1-bedroom BnB. "Iluka Stays". The spacious, modern, stylish but cosy unit is centrally located in the heart of beautiful coastal Iluka. Perfect for a short- or longer-term stay. A short walk from almost everything. Ideal for singles or couples. The flat is attached to our main home but very private. If we are home unless we can help with local information you can be absolutely assured your privacy will be respected. The space My aim is for you to enjoy a little home away from home. From the house you can walk under 2 minutes to the bakery, chemist, Butcher, the IGA, the Bay walk and shops. We provide. -Full linen and Winter doona when the time comes -Full kitchen and cooking utensils for you to prepare your own meals if you prefer -A little outdoor BBQ -Feel free to use the herbs and edibles from the garden -Some welcome breakfast ingredients. Tea, sugar, herbal tea and some beans to grind (grinder supplied) are included in your stay -There are dried herbs and spices, olive oil and a few pantry ingredients if you would like to use them -If you are arriving late let me know if I can purchase some groceries or you can order them online and have them delivered. Please note the flat is now air conditioned but you will be able to take full advantage of the easterly ocean breeze for cooling and there are fans in every room. We have some wonderful clinicians in Iluka. Pre book for your stay: -A massage, a facial, a meditation. Just ask for recommendations and I will be happy to help. Guest access -Parking out the back on the lower level of our property will mean you are very close to the house to make your unpacking and packing up a lot easier -Over your stay you can park where best suits out back -You may want to walk down the side of the house is no problem (the fenced side) to access Charles Street and the bakery, chemist, the bay sidewalk etc across the road. -Access to IGA is straight down the back lane leaving the property turn left. Can't miss it. Open 7am to 9pm 7 days Other things to note We have a few friendly lizards that love the garden. We aim to make improvements to our offer as the months go by so we welcome suggestions.
