If you like the outdoors, you will love this property. The kitchens are fully equipped with all the tools you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. Plenty of space to gather or spread out, both outdoors and indoors.. The houses come with access to Lake Harmony. Lake Harmony is a private powerboat lake that permits fishing, power boating (If you want to bring a boat please check with owner as this may or may not be allowed) , water skiing, and more. We are located a 5 minute walk to the lake and 10 minute walk to the beach on the lake, or a 2 minute drive. Lake Harmony has a private sandy beach with a lifeguard, a swimming platform, picnic tables and a beach volleyball court in the summers. The beach is usually open on weekends starting on Memorial Day and then full time starting around mid June or the summer. THIS PROPERTY IS A NEWLY COMBINED RENTAL AS WE RECENTLY PURCHASED THE LOG CABIN. WE HAVE OWNED THE ESTATES LODGE FOR A LONG TIME, AND IT HAS A SEPARATE LISTING WHICH HAS MANY MANY FIVE STAR REVIEWS. The home is a 4 minute drive to Big Boulder Ski Resort and a 6 minute drive to Jack Frost Ski Area. There are boat rentals available on the lake during the summer season. The house is located less than 1 mile from the H20 indoor water park and the Galleria at Split Rock. The home is minutes from numerous summer and winter activities such as skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, horseback riding, paintball, hiking, white water rafting, fishing, hunting, mountain biking, shopping, and golf. Lake Harmony is located 90 miles from NYC & Philadelphia. Please check with owner for Rates as rate structure on Airbnb can be confusing and rates may be lower or higher than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long .Summer weekly rentals are usually Sunday to Sunday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay. Generally available by phone from 8 am to 9 pm. Also have maintenance service in the area that is generally available within a few hours.
