Clara’s Nest is in a 1880's adobe compound with its own private entry, courtyard, original stone floors, handcrafted beams, hand-painted bird & flower motif throughout. The suite features a king bed, cozy loveseat & ottoman in the sleeping area, dining table & 4 chairs, kitchenette with micro, fridge, coffee & tea bar, a separate living room with sofa, TV, private bath. Outer space includes: covered patio, backyard, pool and hot tub area (heated upon request) No stove. The space We have steps between the different spaces within the suite. Because of the multiple levels in our historic home, the space is not wheelchair accessible. Please note that while there is a fireplace, it is currently non-functioning. We hope to have it working in the near future! Also, while we do not have cable TV, you can access movies and shows through our Hacienda Netflix account or login to your own account while you are with us! Pricing is for 2 guests. Additional weekly housekeeping fees are required ($25) for long-term stays to maintain a clean and comfortable space. Guest access The suite is also appointed with comfy robes and slippers. Our yard offers areas to sit and enjoy the outdoors. And, our covered porch is available to our guests. In 2023 we built a lovely pool and hot tub area on the property as well. Other things to note To protect the integrity of this historic compound, we have refrained from renovations and have embraced the original nature of the architecture. If you are looking for a pristine and more modern environment, the charm of this space may not be for you. If you would like to step into an authentic southwest experience, this is the place for you!
