Upstairs: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, small patio. Stairs: Narrow, steep stairs — not suitable for guests with mobility problems. Interior stairs have no railings. HISTORICAL FEATURES Some dust is inevitable due to historic beams and walls, even after cleaning; guests with allergies should be aware. OUTDOOR AREA & PATIO Small patio accessible from upstairs bedrooms. No pool. Tapas café/bar nearby: occasional noise is normal, especially evenings/weekends; host is not responsible. PARKING & TRANSPORT Limited "Blue Zone" parking in the village square; free parking 5-min walk. Bus to Barcelona (Moventis 805) 30–40 min. Train “Vilassar de Mar” 2 km away (bus 803).
