Small mountain house

Nestled on the slopes of a small hamlet, this cosy mountain house offers peace and quiet, comfort and splendid views of the valley and surrounding mountains, with a small outdoor area. Just a few minutes' walk away is the picturesque village of Campan, at the start of beautiful hikes and close to ski resorts (La Mongie - 25 mins) and all amenities (market, shops, spa in Bagnères de Bigorre - 10 mins). The space It is a 45m² property that can accommodate up to 4 people and has been designed to combine privacy, comfort and conviviality after a day of outdoor adventure. - Kitchen/dining room on the ground floor: opens onto the terrace and is fully equipped for preparing meals (hob, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker and kitchen utensils). The bright room is ideal for sharing simple, cosy moments. - Comfortable lounge on the ground floor: sofa bed, TV and cosy space to relax after a day of hiking or skiing. - Mezzanine bedroom accessible by a small ladder: a large queen-size bed (160 x 190) for restful nights in an intimate cocoon. - Functional bathroom: shower, sink and storage space for your personal belongings. - South-west facing terrace: perfect for admiring the view over the valley, having a coffee in the sun or simply enjoying the surrounding nature. For your comfort, we provide bed linen, bath towels and tea towels free of charge, along with basic cooking essentials (olive oil, salt and sugar), as well as shower gel and washing-up liquid. A few coffee pods and toilet paper are also provided to welcome you and help you get your stay off to a good start. For longer stays or any top-ups, guests are responsible for their own supplies. We look forward to welcoming you! ✨ Guest access You will have access to the entire house, including: living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, mezzanine bedroom with queen-size bed, bathroom and private terrace with valley views. Other things to note ⚠️ Please note: the accommodation is spread over two floors and has several internal staircases. It may therefore not be suitable for people with reduced mobility or those who have difficulty climbing stairs. ⚠️ Please note: From 1 November to 31 March, winter tyres or snow chains are compulsory when driving in mountainous areas.
