Isles condominium, On the Island!

Our Lake Havasu City Condo in the exclusive Isles complex features 2 large bedrooms on the main level, with a Huge loft up a circular staircase. Two remodeled bathrooms are found on the main level, one with a walk in shower, the other with a traditional bath tub. We have a full kitchen. Televisions with cable are in the living room and master bedroom. There is a large patio out the back door, and a huge front patio area out the front door. There is one covered parking spot, with plenty of close parking in this gated community. The channel and private beach are a 3 minute stroll where you can keep your boat or jet ski on the private beach. As a part of the Homeowners Association requirements we Cannot rent the condo for less that 1 month(30 Days). No smoking or pets please. Thank you!
