This unit comes equipped with a gaming device (classic games) and board games to enjoy while traveling with your family members. Other things to note Please note: - The building does not have an elevator, but this unit is just a few steps above ground level. - Our units are pet friendly. An extra $250 refundable (per pet) will be charged to cover any type of eventual damage. Likewise, a non-refundable $99 pet cleaning fee will be requested that must be paid before the check-in. Guest pets must be always leashed when outside of the unit (visitor pets included). - Coin laundry service is available on-site. - If there are any special requests (additional person, early check-in, etc), please let us know in advance and we will do our best. - We ask that guests be considered with noise levels. At all times, loud music is forbidden, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. - Parties are not allowed on the promises. - Use of illegal substances within units is prohibited.
