The Summit Centre, Lion's Lookout, and the Algonquin Theatre are all walking distance, or a very short drive from the Airbnb. For families, there is a playground that's about a 7 minute walk away to burn the little one's energy. You're a quick 10 minute drive to explore the beautiful scenes of Arrowhead Provincial Park. Guests can access the back yard/front yard and utilize the BBQ located just outside the main entrance to the Airbnb. Guests can park on the driveway of the garage as well as inside the garage. No street parking permitted between November to April for snow plowing. Basement is locked as it is not safe for guest access. Other things to note This apartment is the main floor unit of a 2 storey house. There is another unit on the second floor that is completely separate. You may hear footsteps from the upper level guests walking around. This unit is suitable for guests who don’t mind hearing the occasional footsteps here and there. The house is a 100+ year old home and has the character and sounds that comes with an older home. The radiator likes to let you know when it’s working hard to keep you warm. Guests may be staying in the upstairs, completely separate unit, so there is potential you will hear them going about their daily activities.
