With great disability access via a ramp and widened hall and door entries with a large open bathroom to accomodate. This is one building of many that reside on the Gold Coast Tree Houses eco retreat. Pool are external to the building and is a communal usage area. An outside hot tub is available for an extra charge.This building requires someone capable of changing a gas cylinder if you run out of gas throughout your stay Guest access Booker must send through their email upon booking so the integrated management system can send you your guest portal link, Once all entry requirements are met through this link, on check in day and time your entry code will display on your guest portal we have provided, when you actively go into your link. It’s a self-check in process. Other things to note This is a shared eco retreat with multiple guest buildings and residing resident buildings in the mix, all respectable noise levels must be followed. A strict NO Party Policy. All common areas including Parking and pool and spas are under CCTV surveillance. All our Ts and Cs are agreed to upon booking and must be followed.
