Open plan kitchen, diner, lounge overlooking the large deck and lake. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster. All cooking / eating utensils are provided. There is a dining table overlooking the terrace and lake. The lounge area is equipped with a real leather sofa and reclining armchair, 42-inch flatscreen TVs with Freeview and a log effect fire. The deck has a professional barbecue, table and chairs with sun umbrella and reclining sun chairs. The bedroom includes a king-size bed, wardrobe with drawers, bedside tables/lamps, and a small flatscreen TV. A lovely en suite bathroom has a modern well-appointed shower, W. C., vanity unit/basin with illuminated mirror and a heated towel rail. All linen and towels are provided..
