We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Montier-en-Der, this charming house of lime pit foot with swimming pool, of a surface of 45 m ² and being able to accomodate until 4 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 25 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a shower room and you can enjoy a garden of about 20 m². Wifi (optical fiber), we are waiting for you! The space The accommodation exposed North-West is composed as follows: - A living room of 25 m² with TV, sofa bed (double) and dining area. - An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Senseo coffee machine... - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200). - A bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside : - A private swimming pool (outside, not heated) open in summer, with a 10×5 m fence. It is located on the owners' land. From your accommodation, you just have to cross a small courtyard to access it. - A garden of about 20 m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Guest access Full access to the property and its facilities. Other things to note - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). - The cleaning at the end of your stay is to be done by you (or in supplement at 50€ with our provider on the spot). - Free Wifi at disposal (optical fiber). - Animals accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify this when booking.
