The "L'Oiseau du Paradis" cottage is located in Baldenheim and has a separate entrance in a 3-story Alsatian house. Thanks to the charm that its attics give it, you will be delighted by the modern decoration and the many amenities of the cottage. Quietly located in the center of a small Alsatian village, located between Colmar and Strasbourg and close to all Alsatian tourist sites: the vineyard and its gastronomy, but also Europa Park in Rust, Germany or Rulantica. The space The L'Oiseau Du Paradis gîte is rented furnished on a seasonal basis. It is intended for 4 to 6 people maximum, non-negotiable. Non smoking location. We do not allow pets (except on request). Thanks to the charm given by its attics, the living area is 43 m2 while the floor area is 85 m2. It has been fully renovated and is located on the second floor with stairs. High quality and very well equipped cottage. Quietly located, in the center of a small Alsatian village of about a thousand inhabitants and located between Colmar and Strasbourg. The central Alsace region enjoys a pleasant climate. In less than an hour's drive you can go to Germany or Switzerland. Parking possible in the property's yard for several cars. The accommodation includes: 1 bedroom for 2 people with 1 double bed 160 x 200 and TV 1 bedroom for 2 people with 2 single beds 90 X 190 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine 1 powder room Laundry room: vacuum cleaner, all cleaning products, clothes rack, various machines, a baby crib and a high chair Open kitchen and living room: - Electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, hob, range hood, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, kettle and all dishes - Convertible sofa bed for 2 people 140 X 190 - 1 TV - 1 table with chairs for 6 people - Reversible air conditioning All beds are fitted with mattress protectors, duvets and pillow protectors. Everything else is to be brought as well as bath towels and tea towels. Guest access The cottage is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) of an Alsatian house. You will have access to the entire second floor which will be for your use only. The courtyard is common to the 3 apartments but 2 parking spaces are reserved for you as well. Other things to note Key handover is provided by the owner or a family member. Please respect the hours (except on request): - Check-in: From 5pm - Checkout: Around 11 a.m. You can optionally rent linens and towels. To be ordered before your arrival (only made available): • Sheet for 2 PEOPLE (sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases) • 1-PERSON sheet (sheet + duvet cover + 1 pillowcase) • 1 set of towels per person (1 large + 1 regular). The rate is 15€ per person for linens and towels.
