The space For check-ins on Monday, May 11th, 2026, the check-in time must be after 8PM. Newly remodeled three room 3rd floor fully private apartment including bedroom, full bath with tub & bidet, & spacious living room with open kitchenette. Private furnace and AC with own ductwork ensures that you're not sharing germs and that you're in control of the temperature at all times. Free fast and secure WiFi. Kitchenette includes ample counter space, under counter refrigerator (with small in-fridge freezer drawer), microwave, sink with hot water, an electric kettle, plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. Bathroom has a full tub, a new sink with waterfall faucet, a new magnetic handheld shower head, and plush bath sheets. Bedroom has a queen sized bed with high end mattress, organic cotton sheets, black-out curtains, and access to a large, shared rooftop deck. Note on 2nd and 3rd beds: One bed (the queen bed) is included with all bookings. A brand new high end twin memory foam mattress can be added to the bedroom or living room (on the floor) for reservations with a paid 2nd guest for a $30 setup and linens fee. We sometimes have two of these available for $30 each. An additional twin or queen air mattress is also available for $30 fee (each) with a 3rd paid guest on the reservation. Either twin mattress could fit in the living room and/or bedroom. The queen air mattress would only fit in the living room and would be cramped, but doable for a few days. You will also have access to these *SHARED* spaces in the building: • 2 rooftop decks with city and Capitol views • full kitchen (for stays of a week or longer) with stove, oven, breakfast bar, dishwasher, pots, pans, cookie sheets, and most other kitchen tools • free laundry access on-site across the outdoor courtyard Even if this room doesn't show availability for all of the dates you're looking for (or has a longer minimum trip length), please reach out via a message if you're looking for a stay of a week or more. Guest access For check-ins on Monday, May 11th, 2026, the check-in time must be after 8PM. Note: For same day check-ins, we require a minimum of 6 hours lead time from when you book to when you show up, regardless of the time of day, unless we tell you otherwise. This is to double check the state of your room and all shared spaces to ensure that they are all in perfect shape for you and correct any issues before arrival. Unless otherwise discussed via AirBNB message thread prior to booking, your code will become active at 4PM or 6 hours after booking, whichever is later. Feel free to make arrangements to drop off luggage in advance if needed. We offer 1 free off-street parking space to guests. Additional free street parking is available in the evenings a half a block away after 7PM and 2.5 blocks away after 5PM (both areas free until 8AM). It's free all day on Sundays. A 2nd private off-street space may be available from time to time with advance notice for an additional $15/night. Guests have exclusive, private use of their entire suite (bedroom, open plan kitchen/living room, & full bath) for the duration of their stay and shared access of the roof deck. With advance notice you may also have shared access to on-site laundry. Stays of 7 days or more include 1 free load of laundry and stays of 2 weeks or more include 3 free loads of laundry per 2 weeks. Loads of laundry outside of these parameters cost $6/load. For stays of 7 days or more, please inquire about access to additional cooking options including access to a 2nd, larger shared full kitchen (this is an add on option and not part of this listing). Your in-suite kitchen includes 2 mini fridges w/small freezer compartments, 2 glass top electric stove burners, a microwave, electric kettle, french press, ample counter space, cabinets, a sink, garbage disposal, and dish rack with running hot and cold water, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses. For longer stays of a month or more, please inquire about access to an additional shared full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, blender, breakfast bar, banking sheets, pots, pans, cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, and the vast majority of kitchen tools. This shared kitchen may be used between the hours of 8AM and 10PM for an additional fee if interested (not part of this listing). Other things to note Early check-in: Early check-in can sometimes be accommodated and is charged by the hour. For early check-in or late check-out requests to be considered, they must be requested prior to 24 hours before your normally scheduled check-in time, which is 4PM, or check-out time, which is 11AM. The rate is $7/hour for early check-in and is subject to scheduling availability on the day of your arrival. If approved for early check-in, the payment request will be submitted to you prior to your check-in and must be paid in advance for us to schedule your room to be ready early. Thanks! Late checkouts without prior approval may incur the cost of a full additional day's stay as this will significantly disrupt and the scheduled cleaners. Trash: Please leave food trash in one of the cans in the courtyard on the way in/out. There are four. Always put trash in first can with space starting from the left. Thanks!
