South Point located on Little St Germain Lake

South Point is a large 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with a deck and screened porch. Located on Little St. Germain Lake on a wide point between South Bay and No Fish Bay with outstanding views in all directions. South Point is very private as it is at the end of a dead end road. The house is located on a spacious lot with level frontage and a sandy lake bottom. There are wood floors, tile showers and granite countertops. Each bedroom has a queen and a twin bed. There is also a futon and sofa bed in the great room. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, toaster, and coffee maker and dishwasher. Outside there is a deck and a screened porch, picnic tables, lawn chairs, a charcoal Weber grill, and a campfire pit with wood. The South Point Lake House has a private lot with lots of trees, a small beach and sandy swimming area.
