Our newly renovated apartment is a small oasis of well-being with its own sun balcony. The apartment is 35 square meters and has a nice living-sleeping area with a small kitchenette. A separate bathroom with a floor-level shower is also part of the apartment. Please note that the bathroom is not en suite. The bathroom must be accessed via a shared hallway with the neighboring apartment. But the doors are right across the street. The directly adjacent apartment is separated from the hallway by an apartment door. This ensures your privacy. From the small sun balcony you can see the sea. Your own garden section in the garden is also available. After an eventful day at the beach, you will find the necessary rest and a good night's sleep in the comfortable box spring bed (180 x 200 cm). Please note that linen packages are not included, but they can be booked optionally. The kitchen consists of a small kitchenette with two-plate stove and refrigerator, as well as a microwave with baking function. A comfortable sofa gives you the opportunity to end the day with a TV evening (smart TV). All windows can be darkened by external blinds. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house for free and with our Bluetooth boxes you can always play the favorite music of your playlist. An outdoor parking space and the possibility to park your bicycles safely is reserved for you directly at the house. Please understand that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. The house has an additional double room of 24 m², with smart TV, table and 2 chairs, and wardrobe, but without a bathroom. The bathroom of the main apartment must then be shared. Two modern upholstered beds (90 x 200 cm) with Geltex mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. The beds can also be put together. The supplementary room was renovated in June 2022 and is only rented in conjunction with one of the apartments. Please contact us if necessary.
