At 35 sqm, our newly renovated apartment is a small oasis of well-being with its own sun balcony. The apartment measures 35sqm and has a nice living/sleeping area with a small kitchenette. A separate bathroom with floor-to-ceiling shower is also part of the apartment. Please note that the bathroom is not en suite. The bathroom must be visited via a shared hallway with the neighboring apartment. But the doors are right across the street. The directly adjacent apartment is separated from the hallway by an apartment door. Thus, your privacy is assured. From the small sun balcony you can see the sea. A private garden section in the garden is also at your disposal. After an eventful beach day, you will find the peace and a good night's sleep in the comfortable box spring bed (180x200cm). Please note that laundry packages are not included, but they can be booked as an option. The kitchen consists of a small kitchenette with two-burner stove and fridge, as well as a microwave with baking function. A comfortable sofa gives you the opportunity to end the day with a TV evening (Smart TV). All windows can be darkened by outside blinds. Wi-Fi is available for you free throughout the house and with our Bluetooth boxes you can always play the favorite music of your playlist. An outdoor car parking space and the possibility to safely park your bicycles is reserved for you directly at the house. Please understand that our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers. The house has an additional double room 24sqm , with Smart TV, table and 2 chairs, and wardrobe, but without bathroom. The bathroom of the main apartment must then be used. Two modern upholstered beds (90x200cm) with gel mattresses ensure a good night's sleep. The beds can also be put together. The supplementary room was renovated in June 2022 and is only rented in conjunction with one of the apartments. Feel free to contact us if necessary.
