Pets allowed $145 per pet. Guest access Self Check-In: A lockbox is available for easy self check-in. The access code will be provided on the day of arrival. Other things to note Things to know: -Unauthorized pet has a $280 fine. -This property has a self-checkin. -Parking is in a first-come, first-serve basis. -We have internet TV with Hulu, Netflix and live Xfinity TV which you can get to from the Roku homepage, you must use your own credentials to login in these platforms. • Only guests on the reservation are allowed on the property unless this is arranged prior to making the reservation. • Late check-out without previous agreement from the host might result in a $25 dollar charge for every 60 minutes. Check-out is at 11:00AM (strictly enforced), if you need more time please inquiry in advance, fees apply. • Dogs are welcome! There is a $145 fee per pet. If you leave your dog alone, we ask that you make sure they don’t complain to others while you’re gone. If they do, we will call you to come back to make them happy. You can create them if you think they will eat the furniture and ensure they know they will be charged extra for damages. If they agree they can come... as long as they are lovely! Sorry, but NO CATS or EXOTIC animals are allowed in the house. Policy Notice: Bringing any undisclosed, unapproved, or unauthorized pets onto the property is strictly prohibited. Violation of this policy will result in an immediate fine of $500, charged without exception. *RAINSTORM or HURRICANE POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered. Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
