3 br/3 bath in an historic country inn with full kitchen, washer dryer, front porch and private garden. Between 4 ski centers, super close to wedding venues and all the historic village has to offer. Wake up to espresso and breakfast (or mimosas!) everyday in our cafe, get provisions in our well-stocked corner store/deli Good Grocer across the street, or just watch the town go by. Check out our cafe Insta @watershedroxbury The space The main floor has an open concept living room, dining room, and full kitchen space with large windows to the front porch. A rear door opens to the private deck. There is a bath with shower on the first floor, perfect for hot tubbing. The first floor is air conditioned. Through a barn door and up a flight of stairs are three generous bedrooms. #1 is very large and has a/c, a queen bed, dresser, and closet. There is an en-suite bath with large shower and double vanity, and windows overlooking the back garden. The bedroom has three large windows overlooking the village and mountains beyond. Bedroom #2 has a/c, cathedral ceiling, a dresser, large closet, and three windows looking over the village. Bedroom #3 has a/c, two luxury mattress twin beds, a dresser, closet, and three windows looking over the bucolic garden. This is our quietest room. There is a large third bathroom on the second floor with a shower and a washer/dryer. Guest access Exclusive access to the back deck. Shared access to the front porch and back garden, and during business hours to our cafe and market. Other things to note We are in the middle of a small hamlet, across a convenient parking lot from the main street, which is a two-lane country highway with moderate traffic during the day and almost none late at night. We have good double pane windows and a fan masks most of the sounds if you’re sensitive to it. The cafe is open 7am-3pm. Our amazing front porch is adjacent to the front door and windows of the living room. The bedrooms are all on the second floor. Bedroom number 1 is above the cafe and may hear some faint noise from below starting at 7.
