Commandery of the Templars of the 12th century

Our pretty village is conveniently located between Avignon, Arles, Nîmes and Uzès, 10 minutes from the beautiful river swimming spots at Pont du Gard or in the Gardons Gorges. In a 12th century Templar Commandery, classified as a Historic Monument, I offer my 130 m2 house that can accommodate up to 8 people with its 2 beautiful private terraces and 4x2 m swimming pool. Montfrin is a Provençal village that has many shops within walking distance. The space The pretty village of Montfrin is ideally located: 15 min from Avignon, 20 min from Nîmes, Uzès and Arles, 10 min from the Pont du Gard and 50 min from the beaches of Saintes-Maries de la Mer. Many beautiful swimming and canoeing spots in the Gardon, 10 minutes by car. The village has many shops, within walking distance of the house: restaurants, pharmacy, tobacco, very good bakery, pizzeria, weekly market on Tuesday morning, an excellent grocery store and a supermarket (gas station). In the heart of this pretty Provençal village, I offer my 130 m2 house that can accommodate up to 8 people (6 adults, 2 children). Free on-site parking is available, directly in the courtyard of the Commanderie. the house: after climbing the beautiful period spiral staircase, you will find the landing that leads to the 1st level of the house and the large terrace. - on the first level: the exteriors (a large 100 m2 terrace with 4x2 m pool and a small 30 m2 terrace), air-conditioned living rooms (living room, dining room, kitchen) two double bedrooms, one bathroom (with bathtub and washing machine), and a separate toilet. - on the second level (staircase from the living room): two bedrooms each with 2 single beds a bathroom (with toilet) Air-Conditioning Warning: -we live in one of the sunniest areas but also one of the hottest! This is an old building, classified as a historic monument and the wide stone walls keep the house cool. For even more comfort, we were able to install air conditioning upstairs, for the two bedrooms on the 2nd level, and another air conditioner in the large living room which also cools the 2 bedrooms on the 1st level. Each room also has fans. And a large ceiling fan has also been installed in the living room for those who do not like air conditioning! -the house is on 3 levels, so there are stairs. The second level bedrooms are not suitable for children under 4 years old. -arrivals possible on Sunday but departure mandatory on Saturday or Friday. Other things to note Check-in possible on Sunday but checkout must be on Saturday.
