The space Welcome to our charming 1BR second storey apartment, nestled within a securely gated complex. As you step inside, you'll find a comfortable queen bedroom suite with a TV and built-in robe, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom boasts both a separate bath and shower, providing convenience and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, featuring modern amenities like a coffee machine, dishwasher, and cooking facilities. Unwind in the cozy living area, complete with a plush couch, Smart TV, and DVD player for your entertainment pleasure. Plus, with secure parking right outside your door, convenience is at your fingertips. Although the resort is on the canals, your view is overlooking the beautiful gardens. The canals are a stroll away, shopping centre and foreshore a short walk from the property. We are close to the ocean and while we strive to keep our windows clear from salt from the sea carried by wind and condensation, this is difficult to manage at times especially during storm season. We have a hose on the balcony that you can use to wash down the windows if need be and a squeegie under the sink for those guests who would like to give the windows a wash if need be so they can enjoy the views even more! We are NDIS friendly and have this or a number of other properties that may cater for your specific needs. We can potentially access support/carers for families that may require it. Please enquire. We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay. For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner.
