Welcome to our 12-acre ranch located on the east side Tanque Verde Valley in Tucson. Built in 1882, the ranch is a perfect location. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space, with resort style views. Enjoy Mesquite Trees, walking paths, custom pool area with 3 levels, hot tub, outdoor grills, fire pits and sitting areas. Horse facilities with friendly horses and cows. Gather your family, friends, coworkers, up to 12 separate bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The space Woodland Water Tower Ranch is the perfect location for your family gathering, corporate retreat, golf or cycling retreat, or to get your friends together for a stay. The 12-acre ranch has resort style views and amazing pool (not heated), with a relaxed setting. The ranch house is a 3,000 sq ft home (3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms). Within walking distance are 7 individual casitas that are approximately 400 sq ft with spacious closets, bathrooms and porch lounging. The house & 7 casitas sleep up to 20 guests. *We have recently added 2 additional casitas to allow for more friends, family and colleagues. (There is additional pricing for the additional casitas or for more than 20 guests). Pool is not heated. Sit back, relax and enjoy the views, bird watching and southwest desert wildlife. Game room is ready for a friendly game of pool, indoor basketball, darts, foosball and music! There is something for everyone. NOTE: Homeowner lives on site, in a completely separate house.
