Coach House View is a spacious and airy holiday home sleeping up to 6 adults plus 2 children, across four bedrooms: two king-size beds, one twin and one bunk-bed room suitable for children only. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, plus a family bathroom with bath and shower over, and a separate ground-floor cloakroom. The space Downstairs you'll find a large open-plan kitchen-dining area with doors opening onto the terrace, and a separate lounge with comfortable seating, also with patio doors leading outside. The kitchen is well equipped for a group of eight, with a Rangemaster cooker (two ovens, grill and five gas hobs plus a hot plate), integrated fridge/freezer, microwave and full-size dishwasher, plus a utility room with additional sink and storage. Upstairs there's a games area with a pool table and table-football, ideal for children and adults alike. A television with Freeview is provided in the lounge, along with complimentary satellite broadband via Starlink. Outside, the large private and enclosed garden is a real highlight, with herbaceous borders, lawns, garden furniture and stunning uninterrupted sea views towards Porlock Weir. There is direct pedestrian access to the beach and onto the South West Coast Path. Off-road parking is available on the shared drive for 3 to 4 cars. Central heating and electricity are included in the price, bed linen and towels are provided. A cot and/or highchair can be arranged on request. Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement, for a GBP 30 supplement per dog; dogs should be kept off the furniture and not left alone in the property. The property is set within the grounds of a private 19th-century country property, sharing a driveway with the main house and two other holiday apartments, though Coach House View itself has its own private gardens. This is a peaceful residential property suited to families and groups looking for a relaxing break - it is not intended for stag or hen parties, or similar.
