MJ's Wonderous Wetlands by the Bay

Located at Preserved Wetlands of the Chesapeake Bay. The area is known for fresh crabs, & seafood; hunting deer and waterfowl. Five boat ramps for launching boat/kayak/canoe. There's a marked kayak trail for exploring. There are piers for fishing or relaxing & watching nature. A small community beach is about 4 miles from the house. There's PLENTY of outdoor activities to enjoy! And, absolutely BEAUTIFUL SUNSETS at the beach! Free WiFi & Coffee Bar on site. Special rates for professional stays. The space The house is split into two different living areas. Each living area has a door that leads to the kitchen in the middle, and the hallway that leads to the back porch. The guest area has it's own private entrance, private sitting room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and is on the opposite side of the house from the main living quarters. Somewhat equivalent to a In-law-apartment. The laundry room is in the quest quarters, and during longer stays it will be shared with myself. Guest access There is a private entrance on the guest side of the house, so coming and going at your leisure isn't a problem. Private driveway parking and plenty of space in front. There isn't any public transportation, as this is a rural wildlife area. Free WiFi and Free Coffee Bar included. Other things to note I have two cats. One is social, and the other is shy. So, if you are allergic to cats - this is not the place for you. Each side of the house has a door that leads to the main kitchen in the middle - if you bring an animal, they will be separated and have their own space. There is a large screened in back porch, large backyard, BBQ grill and fire pit for shared enjoyment. The community beach for swimming and sea glass hunting is about 4 miles down the road.
