The Shallow access to the beach between Beach Area 4 and this is a short distance to the action at Beach Area 1. A modern 6 unit Condo in Wasaga Beach close to restaurants, LCBO, Walmart, Shoppers Drugmart and McDonald's/ Tim Hortons and Parks. Guest access The interior of the condo is yours to enjoy. Treat it like your own. Everything outside is shared with other guests including a lush green backyard, heated pool, BBQ, Firepit and beach. Please be accommodating of others and Enjoy your stay. Other things to note * PLS NOTE: Guests needs to bring their own linens, blankets, towels and beach towels. If you want us to provide linen, We can do so at an additional $70 cost. POOL: We have a heated pool on site, typically operational from June through September (weather permitting). Please note that occasional maintenance or repair work may result in temporary closures. These situations are outside the control of the unit owner and pool access cannot be guaranteed.Pool is shared and has a maximum occupancy of 20 at any given time.
