Walk to restaurants! The space Large, 1100 sq. ft, open floor plan apartment with separate bedroom and bath. Huge windows over living/dining areas lend brilliant light to the space. This is the lower level of my home. There is total privacy and a private entrance in the beautiful backyard. Space is beautifully decorated and newly renovated.The entrance is down 5 cement steps. Guest access The entire lower level is yours. Private entrance, bath, bedroom, huge open living room area, laundry room with washer and dryer. Brick patio overlooking lush green backyard with many flowers in season! Other things to note Apartment is down 5 steps and you have to “duck” under a deck at one point. If this would not physically comfortable for you, perhaps check out another place :-)
