The space Endowed with the latest technology, such as home automation, control access system, a powerfull wifi connection (fiber optic) and video surveillance in the communal zones, we offer a comfortable rest, being a business trip or tourism. Fully equipped for long or short stays, decorated with design and authentic vintage pieces. Furnished with integrated air conditioning, ceiling fan, electric towel rack, Smart TV (40’) with Ethernet and satellite connection, refridgerator, dishwasher, washing machine, owen, microwave, extractor, coffee makers (capsule & manual), toaster, electric kettle and juice squeezer, blender, ironing facilities, kitchen utensils, ionic hairdryer, fitted broom closet, extra pillows and large built-in wardrobes in natural wood. Queen-size double bed (160 x 200 cm). For long "workation" stays, we inform that upon request we provide a folding computer table (70 x 60 cm) for the exclusive purpose of work. Apartment 1 is a studio, located on the ground floor, overlooking Barraca street. Adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Guest access From the seven apartments located in the building of Barracart, two of them (duplex) with private terrace, all are equally equipped, with access to the beautiful patio and a small communal terrace on the 2nd floor. There is no Front Desk in the property, the check-in will be done on-line (auto-checkin), for independent access to the apartment with a personalised code. You can park in the street free of charge. There is also a public car park - Parking Marti Grajales -, which can be booked with prepayment up to the day before trip. The cost is 17 eur/day/car. Other things to note - Free WIFI HotSpot, secure network with extended capacity. All apartments have a small library for a varied reading, and smart TV with Ethernet and satellite connection. - The allowed occupancy are two people in double bed, and we admit a baby subject to supplement, upon request. There is a one-off fee of 40 eur/stay with a baby. This includes a baby kit (cot, bedclothes, towel, high chair, changer, baby bath). Any additional occupancy is subject to admission and supplement indepently of use of extra or the existing bed. - We provide space to store luggage, available upon request, with independent drop-off/collection of luggage. Late check-out is subject to availability and a supplement. - Due to lack of space in Barracart it´s not allowed the storage of bicycles and other vehicles but nearby there are different bike rentals, and in our street there are anchored bicycle platforms for bike storage. - If you require any extra service such beach towels, cleaning, more sheets or extra changing of towels or bedlinen, these are available for a supplement. Please inform us in advance. - Housekeeping can be purchased as a pre-paid supplement, except on weekends and bank holidays. It is subject to availability and will be provided on the agreed working day between 9:30 am and noon. The housekeeping service does not include the tidying of personal belongings and the cleaning of the kitchens. We also provide cleaning equipment for self-service. - In case of long stays (from 28 days) we provide housekeeping after the first week, for each additional week, with change of towels and bedlinen. - There is no Front Desk in the property, check-in will be done on-line (auto-checkin), for a contact-free, flexible access to your apartment. You will be provided with a personalised access code, and assisted remotely if necessary. We are also at your disposal in person during your stay, at various times. - It is necessary provide an e-mail contact to the Property (your host) in order to manage the online check-in and independent access to the apartment.
