Internet speeds vary throughout the valley and outages or tech issues can occur that Methow Reservations nor the owners have no control over, and for these reasons NO REFUNDS are given if the internet problematic. Should you have an issue with internet service, please send us a message through Airbnb describing the problem. We will then contact you to troubleshoot. Please note... our valley is very rural and getting service personnel to fix things in a timely manner can be a challenge. We rent lodging, not office space. WINTER INFORMATION: **Should you travel to the Methow during the winter months it is important to understand that you must be prepared for winter driving(keep chains, shovel...in the car). If it snows while here you will have to wait for plow service just like every other person in the valley. There are a limited number of plow companies and we can not make them show up any faster than they are able. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads, driveways...to plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. Your cooperation and patience are required especially after any significant snow accumulation. Should you get stuck you can call Classic Towing in Twisp, WA **Propane Fireplace--should there be tech issues or the propane fireplace upon your arrival please send a message through Airbnb. We will try to troubleshoot and remedy the problem. If the problem requires a part or there is an issue with the propane company that may take longer that your stay NO REFUNDS will be given if the fireplace doesn't work.
