One large lower level bedroom completes the first floor. It has a queen bed the looks out on to Lake Ontario. A second story bedroom has a queen bed and futon. Also upstairs is a large open loft with two twin beds. Lastly, a indoor sunroom off the front of the house makes a great spot for Breakfast dining or a mid-afternoon book. As you boat up to the private dock from the bay, you will find a large sandy shore complete with a fire pit, picnic tables and large bar and grill for all your entertaining! The backyard facing the lake has a stone shore (sandy a few feet out) complete with another fire pit and large wooden deck.
