Rental Car Tesla Y The space •REVIEWS WHAT AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Philip, Kathleen and Ashley were great host and were very professional from the start. As soon as we booked our trip, Ashley sent us an email within minutes and confirmed our stay. Ashely was great at answering all the emails leading up to our vacation. The place was amazing and definitely better than the photos. They have a huge outside living area with multiple spots to hang out. The swimming pool was great and the two fire pits add a nice touch. The backyard/plants are well maintained. As soon as we got there, we were blown away on what was offered. Bottles of wine and cider was waiting for us. They also had a great selection of coffee, which made our morning exciting (choosing one flavor over another). They have everything from extra towels, utensils, wine glasses, toiletries, microwave, etc.. etc.. etc... They also have embraced technology. They have Alexa there (amazon echo) and a device that measures your sleep - very cool! Bed is amazing and the room is very clean. They are located outside your typical LA toursity places. There is really no central place in LA, but we thought the location was great. Yes, you do have to drive everywhere, but that is all LA. We actually appreciated that we were outside the hustle and bustle of downtown LA/Sta Monica, but we had our own oasis. Everywhere was max 30 min drive (as long as you don't hit rush hour). Lastly, Philip, Kathleen and Ashely were great hosts. They were super nice, very helpful and gave us a lot of recommendations on what to do and where to eat. They were also very accommodating. Our host provided us with a very clean, gorgeous space including access to the pool, BBQ pit and the entire yard and our own entrance. We got a parking space in a very secure and gated area. We had tons of complimentary items that will put any 5 star hotel to shame! Kathy was warm and welcoming and we can't wait to visit again! Hands down, best experiences ever! STUDIO includes a 42" HD flat screen TV with HBO, SHO, cable, ceiling fan, A/C & Heating, a desk with laptop space & chargers, private bathroom with shower rainhead and 3 body sprays. Outside the bedroom French doors is a beautiful Travertine stone patio with the outdoor California living & dining & Barbecue area to enjoy the view of the pool and nature. This is California, so outdoor living is a must. •A pair of French doors from the studio bedroom open onto a comfortably furnished outdoor Travertine stone patio overlooking the solar heated pool. •Warm yourself in front of the glass firepit, perhaps use the barbecue area •This truly is a place you have a lot of options, *take a dip in the pool, *stargaze in the hot tub !! *dine al fresco am or pm, *relax with a book on the sofa *morning coffee at the dining table •Wi-Fi wireless speaker system on patio We have quite a bit of bird activity especially when our bird feeders are full. Nothing touches you but you come away with a very detailed description of your every nocturnal action on your own phone or Ipad. It is an amazing analytical experience into your sleep world. Guest access •You are given a personalized street gate code and a physical gate clicker. You may freely come and go as you please 24/7. •Through out your stay you will have a designated safe and secure parking space. •You have your own pathway to your own private keyed entrance door. Total privacy. The guest suite enables you to freely use the courtyards, solar heated pool, Spa,BBQ, patios, garden area and glass fire pit. Please make yourself at home and utilize the outdoor rooms !! •Please note there is no kitchen in the suite but we have included a mini fridge with freezer, microwave, hot plate, and a Keurog coffee maker. Note: The outside patio Kitchen BBQ area has a sink and a 2 burner gas cooking top besides the traditional big BBQ with granite counter tops.
