This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house consists of 5 bedrooms with 180x200 beds and one bedroom with 2 90x200 bunk beds. Sheets are provided, it's up to you to make your beds. You have at your disposal a small swimming pool and 14 sunbathing, an umbrella, a BBQ and some outdoor games. In order for you to enjoy a clean and pleasant pool, a person can come by at any time for maintenance. The space La Cartrie Farmhouse was completely renovated in 2022. We offer, in the middle of the fields, this country house that can accommodate 14 people. It consists of 6 bedrooms: - 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - 3 bedrooms upstairs including 5 double bedrooms with 180 X 200 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 bunk beds. It's up to you to make your beds. There is also a cot available , a changing table and a high chair. There is no wifi in the house. July/ August: Weekly rental. School holidays too. Many activities can be done from home. You will be a quarter of an hour from Angers, the castles of the Loire (example: Château de Serrant), 20 minutes from the Lion of Angers, very famous for its event of the Mondial du Lion, 1 hour from Le Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the 24H of Le Mans, close to the vineyards of the Loire Valley and also the banks of the Mayenne. The pool is in a wall enclosed patio and gated. It measures 5m x 3.50 m and a depth of1.50 m. It is heated from May to 30th September.(varies depending on weather) Sun loungers and barbecue are here for you. You also have an umbrella and its foot available. Make sure to bring your pool towels and children's buoys. The inside of the house is non-smoking and our pets are not accepted for reasons of hygiene and allergies. You will find in Bécon les Granits all the necessary shops: Super U, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant/caterer, a wine shop, etc. You also have a small farmers' market in the center, Rue des Tonnelles, on Thursday mornings. Arrivals start at 4 p.m. and departures for 11 a.m. Events are not accepted in the house (bachelorette party, etc. ) The price includes bed linen, towels as well as heating (heating of the house in winter until April and pool heating in summer from May to the end of September/ it may vary depending on the weather). In order for the pool water and its environment to remain pleasant for your stay, a person (owner or maintenance staff) will be able to come by at any time to carry out the necessary maintenance. The same goes for mowing in front of the house.
