Welcome to the Farm

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The house consists of 5 bedrooms with 180 x 200 beds and one bedroom with 2 90 x 200 bunk beds. Sheets are provided, it's up to you to make your beds. You have at your disposal a small swimming pool and 14 sun loungers, an umbrella, a barbecue and some outdoor games. In order for you to enjoy a clean and pleasant pool, a person can come at any time for maintenance. The space The La Cartrie farm was completely renovated in 2022. We offer, in the middle of the fields, this country house that can accommodate 14 people. It consists of 6 bedrooms: - 3 bedrooms on the ground floor - 3 bedrooms upstairs including 5 double bedrooms with beds of 180 X 200 and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90 X 200. It's up to you to make your beds. There is also a cot available, a changing table and a high chair. There is no Wi-Fi in the house. July/August: weekly rental. School holidays too. Many activities can be done from the house. You will be a quarter of an hour from Angers, the Loire Castles (example: Château de Serrant), 20 minutes from the Lion of Angers, very famous for its Mondial du Lion event, 1 hour from Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the 24 Hours of Le Mans, close to the vineyards of the Loire Valley and also the banks of the Mayenne. The pool is in a walled patio and closed by barriers. It measures 5 m x 3.50 m and has a depth of 1.50 m. It is heated from May to September 30 (variable depending on weather) Sun loungers and a barbecue are at your disposal. You also have an umbrella and its stand available. Remember to bring your pool towels and children's buoys. The interior of the house is non-smoking and our animal friends are not accepted for reasons of hygiene and allergies. You will find in Bécon les Granits all the necessary shops: Super U, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant/deli, a wine shop, etc. You also have a small farmers' market in the center, Rue des Tunnels, on Thursday mornings. Check-ins start at 4 p.m. and checkouts start at 11 a.m. Events are not allowed in the house (bachelor parties, etc.) The price includes bed linen, towels and heating (heating of the house in winter until April and heating of the pool in summer from May to the end of September/it can be variable depending on the weather). In order for the pool water and its environment to remain pleasant for your stay, a person (owner or maintenance staff) can come at any time to carry out the necessary maintenance. The same goes for mowing in front of the house. Following some unpleasant surprises, here are the rules to follow in order to avoid any misunderstanding: * No events * The furniture must not be moved from its original place * No pets * Towels provided are not to be used at the pool * No glasses around or in the pool * Do not enter the outbuildings, agricultural buildings in front of the house.
