Decorated in mid-century modern style, you will love the peace and quiet, the location, the amenities and much more. Hot tub: 7-8 person hot tub with LED lights and waterfall. Pool: Swim noodles, adult floats (for doing nothing but relaxing!), basketball hoop and beach towels provided. Pool is roughly 8 1/2 feet at the deep end and roughly 4 feet at it's shallowest. ***PLEASE NOTE that the pool is NOT heated. Pool season is typically from May-November. Swim at your own risk. Outdoors: Entertain by grilling on the stand-alone propane grill. Dining table seats 6 with additional seating possible. Large Cantilever umbrella provided for shade as needed. The covered patio has a comfortable couch and chairs for relaxing as well. The patio has commercial grade misters installed which do a great job at cooling down the patio. Yard games are available such as bean bags (cornhole), ladder golf and Kubb. There is a 10’ basketball hoop in the front driveway. Kitchen: Stainless appliances. Granite tile counters. Fully stocked with a toaster oven, crock pot, blender, cookie sheets, cutting board, ceramic baking dishes, ceramic frying pans and sauce pans, mixing bowls, storage containers, salt & pepper, cutlery set, plates, bowls, cups and silverware for children, plates, bowls, silverware, steak knives, cooking utensils, coffee cups, tea kettle, kitchen towels and more! Dining Room: Large table with seating for 6! Additional seating at the kitchen counter. Living Room: In the front of the house, and off the dining room, you can relax in the vaulted-ceiling, mid-century modern living room w/record player ( blue tooth capability) & high-end massage chair! Several records ("vinyl") from Bob Marley, Michael Jackson, Johnny Cash, etc. are here for you to ENJOY! Off the kitchen, there is a second living room/den area with smart tv and large sectional couch. The fireplace is decorative. Bedrooms: There is a MAIN FLOOR BEDROOM and FULL BATH so if anyone in your group needs a main level living option this home is a perfect fit! Beds and mattresses are new with firm and soft foam mattresses! Extra pillows have been provided to accommodate all preferences. Pillows and mattresses have waterproof/bed bug protectors as well. Luggage rack provided in each bedroom. The "kids" bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. A full size Air mattress can be set up (required to accommodate the maximum number of guests). If you need this set up please inform at booking and also let us know your preference for where you’d prefer it — main floor living room floor or master bedroom. Bathrooms: Hotel style amenities provided in each bathroom, in case you've forgotten anything. Hair dryer is provided. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower with an adjustable shower head AND a rain shower head! The master bath has large walk in closets in-between the bedroom and bathroom. Infants/Toddlers: For those with little ones, a pack and play and 2 booster chairs are provided as well as kids dinner ware. Neighborhood: This property sits on a corner lot on a cul de sac in a well maintained and quite neighborhood. Utopia park is .6 mile (11 minutes) walk and there you will find a basketball and volleyball court and playground for the kids! Easy access to all the Valley has to offer, lots of shopping and restaurants, high-end grocery stores, golf, attractions, venues, Lake Pleasant, WM Open, Barrett Jackson Auto Auction, kid-friendly activities, and much, much more. Extremely convenient to Hwy 101. House Rules (additional house rules from those listed below are in the House Rules manual which you'll receive after booking - if there are any concerns please reach out or cancel your reservation, otherwise we will assume you are OK with and will be in compliance with all of the House Rules). This home is in an HOA (Homeowner's Association). There are strict QUIET HOURS from 9pm-7am. Please be respectful of neighbors so we can continue to share the house with you! Noise complaints will be charged $500. PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely no parties events or gatherings are allowed. Please abide by the number of guests staying in the home, that you indicated on your reservation, including any children/infants, etc. The maximum number of humans allowed on site at any time regardless of age, is 10, unless prior approval is granted. Should that not be complied with, any additional humans of any age will be charged an extra $275/day or night/person. Thank you for understanding our commitment to be good neighbors. Note: there are 3 Video/Audio devices on the property. A doorbell camera at the front door, a camera facing the side gate and a camera inside the garage (capturing main garage doors). These devices may be used to verify compliance with house rules and occupancy. Your booking ensures your acceptance of the above and all house rules. No smoking or vaping. No animals. NOTE: Upon booking, you'll receive the House Manual. If you do not cancel your booking we will assume you've read and all guests agree to abide by the rules/policies. NOTE: Colors, finishes, layout, positioning and number of interior and/or exterior items may vary from the pictures as we continue to update the property. If there are any concerns upon arrival please let us know right away so we can address it. Thanks! Guest access You'll have the entire home, yard, pool and hot tub to yourself. HOWEVER, there may be pool and/or landscaping maintenance people who need to access the backyard during your stay for their weekly maintenance.
