Moved here in 1980 and added on to, this mixture of rustic cabin, meets mid-century modern is ready to accommodate your family vacation. Located within the Golden Pond community, it’s a short drive to several boat launches, Conley Bottom Marina, Wal-mart and the city of Monticello. Come pull up a chair and relax on the large wrap around porch or enjoy a some s’mores in the fire pit out back. The half-circle driveway will easily accommodate pulling a boat or trailer. To hot outside, come splash around or just relax by the pool. The pool is not in the back yard, it is a short walk to Pool and tennis court. Kids wanna play, we have a play area for them too. For extra security we have a camera pointed at the driveway and one on the a/c unit.
