The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a countertop convection oven in place of a traditional oven. We also provide pantry staples and snacks so you can settle in with ease. The bedroom is cozy and inviting, with a comfortable bed for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and a shower. A full laundry room with washer and dryer is also available for your convenience. Other things to note Please note- some things get updated occasionally so paint maybe updated, bedding can be updated, as well as decor. If changes are made they will be better than originally photographed. Shared driveway with the main home tenant. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. If guests would like to smoke, they must do so outside and dispose of their cigarette butts properly. No parties or events: Our home is not suitable for parties or events. Guests should not invite additional guests over without prior approval from the host. Quiet hours: Guests should respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am. No loud music or noise should be made during this time. Cleanliness: Guests are expected to keep the home clean and tidy during their stay. Any mess or damage caused during the stay must be reported to the host and guests may be charged for any damages incurred. Check-in and check-out times: Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am. If guests require early check-in or late check-out, they should request it from the host in advance. Respect for neighbors: Guests should respect our neighbors by not making excessive noise, blocking driveways or sidewalks, or trespassing on neighboring properties. No illegal activities: Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the booking and possible legal action. Please note that a fee of $500 will be assessed if any of the house rules are broken, including but not limited to smoking inside the house, hosting parties or events, causing damage to the property, or engaging in any illegal activities.
