The other 15 are still open! Green Valley is car dependant, but fully accessible to golf carts. Cart rentals are available in Green Valley. Parking includes 1 designated space, under roof, in front of the property. Limited number of guest spaces (first come, first served) are in the center area of the compound. Flooring is decorated cement/concrete with area rugs. This is a 55+ community. Pets are free to use the back yard/patio, or may be walked on leash along the roadway or hiking trails. Either way, please remember to clean up after your pet. Doggie bags are provided. Please do not leave your pets unattended on the patio, and pay attention when walking. Many of our desert animals and plants are not pet friendly. PET FEE OF $50 is per stay, per pet. Outside gas grill, and heater tower come with gas bottles filled.
