This 2nd floor unit, (1 flight of steps up), features a well stocked kitchen, 2 queen beds and 2 smart TV's. *Small, well-behaved pets, less than 20lbs (as per condo rules), are welcome, limit of 2. *Rental age restriction of 25 and up. The space This 1000 square foot condo is on the top floor of a 2 story building. It has an easy to use front door keypad, a fully stocked kitchen, stocked with linens, beach towels, umbrella and beach chairs. The community features 3 pools, (1 heated), tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, shuffleboard, walking trails, car wash and a private fishing pier.
