House in the middle of vineyards - Haus 44

Just an hour from Prague, 15 minutes from Litoměřice and 10 minutes from the town of Úštěk you will find spacious accommodation for families with children, lovers of tourism, nature, monuments, but also the necessary rest and good wine. Completely renovated house called Haus 44 is waiting for you. We also offer breakfast (buffet) that can be booked at least two days in advance or upon request (price not included). Take walks and discover the beauty of the Bohemian Central Mountains, we look forward to welcoming you! The space Ground floor: There is a small hallway that leads you into a living room with tiled stoves, a large sofa, and a TV with a satellite. On the ground floor you will also find a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows that allow you to enter the tall garden. There is also a bathroom with shower, one separate toilet and a spacious pantry. A small staircase then leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom with a bathtub. Last but not least, there is a children's room, which offers 4 seats on two comfortable sofa beds. Loft: A spiraling staircase leads up to a loft area with a second bedroom with a double bed and a satellite TV. The room is complemented by a private balcony overlooking the vineyard. Garden: The neighborhood of the cottage consists of a large, fenced garden, 2 gazebos with a smokehouse, barbecue and pool 6 x 3 m. Sanitary facilities: On the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms. First with toilet, shower and washing machine, second with bathtub and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Heating: Heat pump and fireplace stove. Transportation, parking: Parking directly in the building on the fenced parking for 2 cars, in front of the house for another 1 car.
