House in the middle of the vineyards - House 44

Just an hour from Prague, 15 minutes from Litoměřice and 10 minutes from the town of Úštěk you will find spacious accommodation for families with children, lovers of tourism, nature, monuments, but also the necessary rest and good wine. Completely renovated house called Haus 44 is waiting for you. We also offer breakfast (buffet) that can be booked at least two days in advance or upon request (price not included). The space Ground Floor: The house is entered through a small corridor that takes you to the living room with a tiled stove, a large sofa and a TV with satellite. On the ground floor you will also find a dining room with a kitchenette and large French windows that allow you to enter the mature garden. There is also a bathroom with a shower, one separate toilet and a spacious pantry. A small flight of stairs then leads to the double bedroom and a private bathroom in which a bath is available. Last but not least, there is a children's room that offers 4 spaces on two comfortable sofa beds. Attic: Through the spiral stairs, you enter the loft space, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and a TV with satellite. The room is complemented by a private balcony with a vineyard view. Garden: The surroundings of the cottage are a large, fenced garden, 2 gazebos with a smokehouse, a grill and a swimming pool 6 x 3. Sanitary facilities: There are 2 bathrooms available downstairs. The first one with a toilet, a shower and a washing machine, the second with a bathtub and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Heating: Heat pump and wood stove. Transportation, Parking: Parking directly in the property in the fenced parking for 2 cars, in front of the house then for another 1 car.
