The office bedroom has one of the best views of the valley out of its large picture frame windows which are tempered by automatic blinds. The large laundry area is also on the main floor next to the half bath just off the kitchen. Head downstairs to the lower floor to find a large secondary family room. This room has two huge TV's (one for gaming, the other for movies or sports) a large leather sectional couch and game table. Beyond the family room you will find our two downstairs guest suites, each with automatic window shades. The first is a private King suite and the second is a large utility bedroom complete with both a comfy full and queen bed. In the hallway just outside of these two rooms you will find a beautiful full bathroom that serves the downstairs area. Off the downstairs family room is access to the lower covered patio area with a brand new Arctic Spa Hot Tub, Bistro Lighting and (during the summer) patio furniture seating. The main rear deck has new seating for 10 plus a large outdoor dining set. Bring your Traeger BBQ skills to bear on our large Traeger Smoker which we have left for your use. The stairs off this Rear Deck go down to the lower covered patio area with Bistro Lighting and lower Lawns. In the summer months, deer are frequent visitors to the lower lawns to relax in the shade on the lush lawn. Please do not enter the utility room or closets located in the garage or remove any supplies or sundries found in the garage or on garage racks. There is one locked room downstairs which is kept for the owners personal use. Other things to note Your hosts are Jeff and Marcie, owners of Casago Heber, LLC based in Heber City Utah. Jeff and Marcie are close by and will provide concierge service for your stay. Please do not hesitate to ask any question or make any request, if we can accommodate we will. The home is located at the upper most areas of this 5+ acre group of estates. Although the homes are set 100's of yards away from each other, we ask that you observe a reasonable quiet time of 10pm to 8am out of respect to our valued neighbor relationships. Please do not block any of the public roadways or disturb our neighbors in any way. If you need any assistance at all, please contact our hosts who will be identified after you complete your booking. Upon booking the Villa, you will begin to receive messaging from us with important information about your stay, the home and details to ensure a smooth check in. Included in those details will be driving directions. SPECIAL NOTES: - During winter months, our grounds crew will provide snow plow services up the private drive and immediately surrounding the home. While there are no significant hills and approaches to the home are generally flat and paved, 4WD or AWD vehicles are always a good option during winter months. - Additionally, you may need to perform basic snow shoveling on the walkways or patio areas during your stay. Snow shovels will be provided for you. Please do your best not to walk over freshly fallen snow if you can avoid it as it will convert to ice quickly. Use the snow shovels to clear any snow in your path if you need to move about outside before our snow removal crew makes it to the Villa. - The Jetted tub in the Master bedroom needs a new motor which, at the moment, is not available. As such the jets are not functional. Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely. Upon booking Air BnB will send you a copy of our rental agreement which we will need signed prior to your arrival.
