The space We're excited to host you and introduce you to this fantastic home! As you enter the house from the front door, you will enter the living room that has modern cozy design elements - sofa, love seat, throw pillows and blankets, floor cushions, 50-in flatscreen TV (with YouTubeTV), and impressive wall art. As you move through the home, you will come to the first of two upstairs bedrooms. The first room has soft, a welcoming palette of pinks, whites, and blues. This bedroom also has a queen bed, closet, and dresser. The other upstairs bedroom has chic design with a palette of greens, whites, and golds. It has two twin beds, as well as a small closet. The upstairs bathroom has a tub and shower, vanity, and toilet. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well (which is meant to be a starter kit). Moving through the house, you come to the quaint kitchen. It is fully equipped and has all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In the kitchen, there is also a dining table with four (4) chairs. You will then make your way to the basement. At the top of the stairs, you will see the entryway from the side door. As you reach the bottom of the stairs, to your immediate right, you will enter into the laundry room that has the in-unit washer and dryer. We provide a starter kit of detergent pods and dryer sheets. To your left, you will find two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a cool palette of whites, dark blues, and an accent of pink. It has a king bed and sitting chair, as well as a dresser and 32"-in flatscreen TV (with YouTubeTV). There is also a walk-in closet with a standing mirror. The second bedroom has a single daybed, as well as an office desk. We've provided some office supplies inside the drawers of the desk too. The downstairs bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as shampoo and conditioner. We love this home, and we hope you do as well! If you have any further questions about its features, please message us! Guest access Guest access will be through the front door or side door via SmartLock code access. The side door is accessible through the side gate entry along the driveway. Parking is available in the front driveway for up to two (2) cars. For longer stays (>30 days), parking will be available in the detached garage, accessed from the alley - up to two (2) vehicles. Guests also have the option to park in front of the house along the street with no limitations. Guests access the house by entering a code/PIN on the SmartLock. The code will be provided in the pre-arrival communications. Other things to note -The Blue Cottage in N. Fargo is equipped with a Vivint security system. There are no cameras inside the house; there is a Ring doorbell camera on the exterior front of the house. There is a motion detector in the living room that only senses movement. The security system is available to guests for additional safety and security; use of the system is completely optional. Instructions on how to arm/disarm the system will be provided to you before move-in. Arming/Disarming merely requires the same PIN used for the Smartlock. -The downstairs does run colder than the upstairs during the winter. Heat does make its way to through the vents, but it still runs a bit cold. To address this, we've provided space heaters in each room, which work very well! Keeping it on for 30-60 minutes will keep the room comfortable for several hours thereafter.
