Living/dining area with comfortable seating and wall mounted TV. Dining table and chairs. Conservatory (off bedroom 1) with comfy seating and access to the rear garden. Bedroom 1 with double bed, wall mounted TV, wardrobes and access to the conservatory. Bedroom 2 with double bed and wall mounted TV. Bedroom 3 with bunk beds (suitable for child use only). Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail. OTHER FACILITIES Private parking for 2 cars to the front of the property and an enclosed garden to the rear with seating.
