You reach the living/dining area on the first floor via an open entrance area. On the ground floor is the spacious bedroom with double bed, from where you have direct access to the terrace. Likewise, from here you reach the large tub/shower bathroom with vanity and additional separate toilet with vanity. An additional guest toilet is also located on the ground floor. The open, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove, oven, knife block, etc. - You should not lack anything. From the living area, a staircase leads you upstairs to the gallery with lounge area & TV, which invites you to a cozy get-together. From here you can access the balcony with sea view. In addition, the second bedroom with double bed and TV is located on the upper floor. The beach is only 150m away from the apartment. Guest access A free parking space is available directly in front of the building on the property. You have access to the spacious terrace with dining table and chairs and balcony with sea view. Other things to note The listed cleaning price includes the one-time final cleaning and a linen package with bed linen and towels per person. On request we can provide 1-2 children's travel beds and high chairs for you and your children. Check-in is usually contactless via a key safe.
