Pâquerette, gîte with 360° view - Sauna

Between the sea and the countryside, come and recharge your batteries in an old press, typically Norman, and entirely renovated. At 2 hours from Paris, 30 minutes from Deauville-Trouville, 10 minutes north of Lisieux and the basilica, and 5 minutes from the zoo of Cerza, enjoy the calm and an exceptional panoramic view on forests and meadows occupied by beautiful horses. Located at the top of a hill, it is established in a property of 3 hectares, composed of meadows, apple trees and a river. The space The cottage Pâquerette" is a comfortable, bright and carefully decorated house. "Pâquerette" has a large living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room (always useful for laundry) and a separate toilet. On the first floor, a corridor leads to two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with a double bed), a bathroom and a second separate toilet. Guest access Outside, you will enjoy all the environment of the property and a large private garden. Outdoor games, barbecue, bowling alley are at your disposal. A room for your bikes is reserved for you. From your windows, you can see strange creatures from the African savannah of the Cerza animal park. At your doorstep, you have immediate access to numerous walks and marked trails. Enjoy a peaceful stay with access to our private Nordic sauna area, available by prior reservation. Designed as a nature-inspired escape, this wellness space is dedicated to relaxation and wellbeing. You will have access to: • a 4-person sauna, ideal for deep relaxation, with the option of choosing between a dry Finnish sauna and a wet steam experience – both are available. • a Nordic shower with a suspended bucket of water, for a refreshing and authentic invigorating experience. This new facility is available as an optional extra and must be booked in advance. From your windows, you may catch sight of unusual creatures from the African savannah of the Cerza wildlife park. Right on your doorstep, you have immediate access to numerous walks and marked trails. At the foot of the property flows the small river La Paquine, a tributary of the Touques. Clean and fresh, it is directly accessible from the meadow of the gîte. Other things to note Animals are our friends and accepted on request, including horses. We have secured meadows with water and shelters. It is possible to extend the capacity to 6 persons by associating the gîte "Pétale".
