The main ground floor has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a great room that opens onto a huge deck overlooking the lake. The large outside deck, shaded by trees and cooled with lake breezes has spacious sitting areas, dining area and a gas fire pit. The lower level has a great room with a 82 inch 4K big screen TV !!!, Disney+, ESPN+, Netflix HBO Max (total of 5 TV's in the house) Chess set , Xbox and Wii games, wine cooler & ice-maker, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Walk out of the lower level to a large screened porch with a ping pong table and another covered patio with rocking chairs. The flat grassy yard is great for kids to play on and there is a hammock nestled under a large shade trees near the water’s edge. The dock has a large swimming platform and lounge chairs to sunbathe, relax and fish. 4 kayaks and 2 paddle boards are available for your use The large outside deck, shaded by trees and cooled with lake breezes has spacious sitting areas, dining area total of 2 gas fire pits one on the dock and deck.
