Less than a 15 minute drive from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and around 20 minutes to Padre Island National Seashore. The space Amenities include: private bathroom with shower, king size bed, 60 inch television, full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and oven. A variety of coffee pods are provided for the Keurig! This property is best suited to singles and couples. This space IS attached to main house by an enclosed walkway and locked door. This property is not handicap accessible in any way due to steps and bathroom is also not handicap accessible at this time. Guest access Guests have access to a private courtyard entryway, key to entire bungalow with private bathroom, outside shower, and back patio with canal views. There is no canal access at this time.
