The basement flows out to the lower deck, equipped with a hot tub accommodating 7 guests and a 55'' TV. This lower deck provides a scenic view of the woods and mountains, creating a perfect space to watch a movie or spend time with family and friends. To cater to kids, a playground with a playhouse and a swing built in the trees is designed outside on the right side of the house. A deer feeder on the property offers a chance to admire deer up close by putting corn in the feeder. Note that the house is built on a hill, requiring caution when descending to the playground. Children should be supervised by an adult while playing on the playground. This home, designed to meet every want and need, is kid-friendly for those bringing little ones along.
