The space The unit is fully supplied and has everything you need for a smooth and comfortable move in, just bring your clothes, some food to cook, and your computer and you will feel right at home within days. -The master bedroom is an ensuite with a dresser and its own private bathroom (with a jacuzzi bathtub). -The spare bedroom has a small flat-screen tv, a dresser, and a walk in closet. -Laundry room has a washer, drier, and storage space. All the closets throughout the unit come with built in shelving for easy storage. -The kitchen has a dishwasher, large fridge, wine fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, coffee pot, kettle etc. and comes equipped with full sets of cutlery, pots, pans, and various other small cooking essentials. There is a small pub style kitchen table that works well for 4 person dinners, and there are comfortable leather bar stools at the kitchen bar. - The living room has a great private ambiance with nice lighting and a sectional white synthetic leather couch, great for watching your 34 inch swivel, wall-mounted flat-screen tv from. -The back patio door opens on to a small, ground level back patio with bbq and outdoor furniture all supplied. Trendy cafes, diners, and bars are all in the area, and the condo is nestled in a safe and pleasantly quiet area for being so close to the downtown core. Only 2 other units on the main floor - privacy and accessibility. Both neighbours are great too. Super easy to get along with, respectful, and my next-door neighbour is super cool. The building is in excellent condition with up-scale furnishings, amenities and a lightly used feel. It is only 10 years old.
