Apartment located on the fifth floor with elevator (which goes up to the fourth). You have to climb a flight of stairs to access the elevator. It comfortably accommodates 5 people, in 67 square meters of space. Area outside the center but remains well served thanks to the bus connection. The stop is a 2-minute walk along the street. 10 minutes from the stadium, San Saba rice mill and the sports hall. Possibility to park for free on the street under the house. The space The interior space is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (with gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, moka coffee maker, dishwasher and kitchen utensils), single sofa bed, A/C split and tv; BEDROOM 1 split A/C, double bed. BEDROOM 2 split A/C, double bed, desk. BATHROOM 1 shower, bidet and hairdryer. BATHROOM 2 wc and sink. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited wifi, independent heating, air conditioning via split (one in the living room and one in both rooms), iron, drying rack and hanger. PLEASE NOTE: The elevator goes up to the fourth floor - the apartment is on the fifth floor. There is a step at the entrance of the building and a flight of stairs to reach the elevator.
