The space Kenmore has a bright and roomy living area. With a fireplace amongst traditional exposed stone, it’s the perfect spot to cosy up and unwind. Relax on one of the blue velvet sofas and turn on the flat screen TV to enjoy a quiet evening in. A Sky Puck is available in the property allowing you to watch on-demand content and stream your favourite apps such as Netflix and YouTube among others. With stylish interiors, the light kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to prepare meals easily, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and fridge-freezer. The dining area, also sharing the space, features a breakfast bar style dining table and four comfortable chairs, making it great for enjoying hearty meals with your loved ones. There is a communal green garden with a bench at the rear of Kenmore where you can enjoy morning coffees or take in some fresh country air in the afternoon. A parking permit is provided, allowing for free on-street parking nearby. Pets are not permitted to stay at Kenmore. Two bags of logs and a bag of sticks are provided for the wood burner.
