Perfect accommodations for 2 couples or small family. One BR is on main floor and has a queen bed, 2nd BR is upstairs and has a full size bed. There is one large bathroom on main floor with a shower. Cottage comes with city water, central HVAC, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, Keuring coffee maker with 4 k-cups, (You can use your own coffee with the plastic k- cup container) and cable TV. There is a lovely sun room to enjoy some down time with a tranquil view. Outside is a firepit with chairs and a charcoal grill. This is a vacation home you will want to return to!
