Welcome to my cozy inviting home and to the Ocean State! From this centrally located location your entire group will enjoy easy access to many local attractions. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Thayer St, Brown, Amica, RISD, Rhode Island College, Providence College and Johnson & Wales University. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay at my house and the best part is you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries! The space *NO PARTIES ALLOWED* We will accept 1 night reservations on case by case basis. This is to avoid parties. Please message me directly! When you walk into the main floor of my home, you will find an open floor plan consisting of a large kitchen, dining room, half bath and a living room with TV and an electric fireplace that not only adds ambiance to the space, but also can take the chill away on those cold New England nights with its optional heater. In the backyard there is a little sitting area for those milder nights where you can sit, relax and enjoy the great breeze and firepit. When you are ready to retire for the evening, just a short walk upstairs is where you will find three bedrooms, all with luxurious mattresses and bedding. Each room has its own tv and charge ports for your electronic devices. A full washer and dryer are also available in the basement for your convenience. There are medium sized 3 parking spots available and overnight street parking is not allowed. If you have 3 trucks, they all will not fit. Please ask if you have any questions before reserving. Guests will be charged a late check-out if they stay past 11am unless agreed upon with the host in advance. No trailers of any kind allowed, we do share a backyard and not enough space, sorry! No more than 1 oversized will not fit. No overnight street parking allowed. Guest access When you arrive, please pull into the shared driveway and drive to the back house where you will find three parking spots on the right-hand side. The house has a keyless entry system, and a unique code will be provided to you prior to your arrival for ease of accessing the home. Other things to note No parties allowed! No cats allowed!
